FIRST: Roof Inspection | Have your roof inspected by a reputable contractor, like a Western Pine Development representative, for storm related damage.
SECOND: File a Claim | If you have damage, contact your insurance claims department to file a claim and request that an insurance adjuster inspect your home.
THIRD: Set the Adjuster Meeting | Once you hear from the adjuster, contact WPD to let us know when the adjuster meeting is. We will meet with the insurance adjuster to scope the damages.
FOURTH: Review Paperwork | You will receive paperwork outlining the damaged items after the insurance adjuster inspects the property. Contact WPD and we'll help review the documents to insure everything is correct.
FIFTH: Contract & Select Materials | Once your total claim value is settled, a WPD representative will meet with you to sign your replacement contract and get your material selection process started.
SIXTH: Roof Installation | Our licensed and bonded team will begin the install process of your roof system to meet all manufacturer’s specifications.

Experienced in a Variety of Roofing Materials
Tile Roofing: Tile roofing is one of the most durable types of roofing. It is often made of clay, but lighter weight materials are also available. The hard clay is able to stand up to harsh conditions, such as extreme heat and severe storms. Tile roofing lasts longer and keeps your home protected from water and fire damage.
Shingle Roofing: Shingle roofing is one of the most affordable types of roofing which also means that maintenance costs for shingle roofing are more affordable. This is often made of asphalt or fiberglass, which come in a wide variety of styles and colors. The life span of shingle roofs are about 25 years on average.
Shake Roofing: Modern shake-style roofing is the ultimate in style and protection. It replicates the look of wood shakes, while offering the high fire and wind resistance of asphalt shingles. They’re thicker than regular asphalt shingles and are more resistant to wind, snow and ice.
Metal Roofing: Residential metal roofing is available in numerous colors, styles, materials and finishes. From the distinctive look of standing seam to the classic appearance of asphalt, tile or cedar. Most come with a true 30 to 50 year warranty. Metal roofs add to the resale value of your home, save you money on your energy bills, and give you peace of mind that you'll likely never have to re-roof again.
Stone Coated Roofing: Stone coated steel roofing is generating a lot of buzz with homeowners that want a roof with staying power — one that combines good looks with outstanding protection against the elements including fire, wind, and hail. It’s certainly a strong plus that stone coated metal roofing is energy-efficient, uses recycled materials and is recyclable, unlike straight-to-landfill asphalt shingles.
Foam Roofing: Polyurethane foam can be sprayed on your home for a strong and seamless roof that will not leak and will provide strong insulation. Foam roofing is often used on commercial buildings, but it can also be applied to homes with a variety of roof types. It is a single layer of roofing, which eliminates seams, particularly around flashing, so you reduce the chance of water damage.
