Tile Roofing: Built for Arizona's Climate

Tile is the most common and best-performing roofing material across Mesa, Gilbert, Chandler, and the greater East Valley. Clay and concrete tile stands up to intense summer heat, monsoon winds, and UV exposure better than most other systems, often lasting 40–50 years or more with proper care. It's fire-resistant, low-maintenance, and one of the most recognizable rooflines in Arizona neighborhoods, which is why it's WPD Roofing's specialty.

TILE TAKE-OFF & RESET

Not every tile roof needs full replacement. If your tile is still in good shape but the underlayment beneath it has reached the end of its life, tile take-off and reset, sometimes called roof reconditioning, is often the better option. We carefully remove your existing tile, replace the underlayment, and reset the same tile back in place, giving you a fresh waterproofing layer without the cost of a full tear-off.

ROOF UNDERLAYMENT REPLACEMENT

The underlayment beneath your tile, not the tile itself, is what actually keeps water out. Most Arizona underlayment needs replacement roughly every 20 years, even when the tile on top still looks fine. If your tile roof is approaching or past that mark, a free inspection can tell you whether it's time, before a small leak turns into a bigger repair.

TILE ROOFING IN MESA & GILBERT

From new tile roof installation to tile roof repair, tile roof replacement, and take-off and reset, our crews have installed and serviced tile roofing throughout Mesa, Gilbert, and the surrounding East Valley for nearly 40 years.

Insurance Claims or Retail Roofing. We Handle Both!

Not every roofing project starts with an insurance claim. We also work directly with homeowners and business owners on retail roofing projects paid out of pocket rather than through a carrier. That includes upgrading or replacing an aging residential roof on your own timeline, as well as installing or repairing roofing for commercial retail spaces with minimal disruption to business operations. Whichever path applies to you, our process stays the same: honest inspection, clear pricing, and quality workmanship.
