The Insurance Process
1. ROOF INSPECTION
A licensed WPD representative inspects your roof for storm, wind, or hail damage and documents findings.
2. FILE A CLAIM
If damage is present, we’ll help you understand next steps as you contact your insurance carrier to open a claim.
3. ADJUSTER MEETING
Once your adjuster schedules their inspection, let us know, and we’ll meet them onsite to scope and confirm damages.
4. REVIEW PAPERWORK
When you receive your claim documents, WPD reviews them with you to ensure accuracy and completeness.
5. MATERIAL SELECTION
After your claim value is finalized, we sign your replacement agreement and help you choose the best materials for your home.
6. ROOF INSTALLATION
Our licensed and bonded team installs your new roof according to manufacturer specifications — clean, precise, and leak-free.
